| Brew: Note | Flowed a tiny bit fast maybe but worked out nice. Will try higher rpm tomorrow maybe. Also compared with la pavoni europiccola today again. Seems very similar with this coffee maybe turned out a little cleaner tasting today in the europiccola after adding milk. Initially thought it was more acidic straight and meticulous shot was smoother. Didn't leave la pavoni to heat up very long. Or pump the lever to heat the group. Started met and pav at same time but pulled the meticulous shot first. Yesterday they were basically identical with milk should have compared more straight first yesterday too. But I remember thinking they were similar straight only trying a tiny bit. |
