| Brew: Note | [prep] extra cleaning and purge of grinder. Very good RDT, WDT, tap and tamp. [pull] ran longer than expected. But very even and controlled could have taken more pressure if necessary. [milk] quite good. More aeration and quite controlled. Small bubbles. [art] I was a little close on end of incorporation so background is a little too beige. Heart was ok. [taste] had a stronger kick but maintained some of its acidity. Still not super syrupy. Not perfect mix with milk but seems to be moving in the right direction. |
