Brew: Note	Shot ran a bit slow. Comparing Vs the hatch supernova shot at the same grind size and profile. It's got more unique character from the coffee but also more roastyness in this shot. Less clean and sweet vs hatch shot. But probably just due to shot timing / grind size. I've done better with this coffee before.
