[prep] RDT, WDT, auto level tamper. [pull] good and consistent. I am surprised and gratified at how the profile works well when adjusting ratio. Today’s pressure, however, was considerably less at the same flow rate compared to yesterday. [milk] smooth and not overly aerated while hitting the perfect temp. [art] quite good though I spilled just a little it didn’t appear to spoil the delicate little heart. [taste] good, though not as transparent as yesterday. Not a lot more sweetness either, and although I may have imagined it just the tiniest hint of dryness in the finish. |
