| Brew: Note | Much better looking / flowing shot without the spurting I had the other day at 1600rpm (updatw: actually looks like it was 1200rpm last shot if i logged it right. So maybe it was the WDT that made rhe difference) Seems like df64v with DLC at higher rpm generated excessive fines maybe. I also did wdt this time previously with spurting I believe i just shook and leveled the coffee. Taste was nice. Compared with Breville Bambino which may have run a bit faster. This one had nicer body cleaner and stronger flavour than bambino shot. Might actually have gotten a bit more clarity out of the Bambino one this time but it didn't make it more tasty, the Bambino one wasn't bad but this one was better. |
