| Brew: Note | Was planning on doing a milk drink but this coffee turned out too nice. Probably too finely ground but not sure with this profile. A bit fruity and clean, pretty smooth but a little acidity that probably won't be great with milk. I'm thinking it wasn't actually 92c brew temp so next shot pumped up to 95c still has the acidity but also a little more spice note not so unclean spice, more linger in the hotter shot. Also ground a tiny bit coarser for that one. I think I might like this cooler slower flowing shot better actually but both are good. |
