| Brew: Note | [prep] no issues from from RDT, 2:30s grind time, WDT, very clean tap and tamp. [pull] following the plan was fun and given it was a reasonable time table I was able to to do quite closely. Lovely 6 bar spring shot. [milk] No milk today. The company was gay. They turned night into day. [art] Espresso was lovely none the less. [taste] wow. Again night and day. From last week and tasteless gassy shot to a lively, rich and nuanced cup. It was still a little thin without syrup and a quickly disintegrating creme; but made up for in taste what it lacked in body. Delicious but perhaps still room for improvement. Not sure what direction I would want to take it yet though. |
