Brew: Note	Same everything as last time but changed to spherical basket which requires coarser grind size. This one actually ran a bit slow. Still turned out nice. I think better / sweeter than previous in stock basket but I did add sugar and didn't measure this time so might have added more here. I'm not sure whether I prefer this or the gpt syrup profile I've modified. I added safeguards on the gpt syrup profile in case ground too fine or coarse so that's a pro for that one. This one I haven't modied besides lowering total output since I only used 16g in.
