[pull] even with nice resistance following plan almost exactly with only a second or 2 lag in target time (32 v 35s). [milk] a little foamy but good volume and temp. [art] not bad. A little beige and high in the cup. Heart with less than sharp edges. [taste] pretty good. Best for a while. I taste creme soda with a slightly sandy finish. So some acidity, sweetness, and a touch of almost bitterness in the finish. Smooth not rough. |
