| Brew: Note | 1. Pressure trigger did not automatically start timer. Lost a few seconds of the pre infusion. Stop worked as always. 2. The 0.5.2 grind was a little softer than usual even with the low flow basket. Wasn’t able to sustain 6 bars and the crema was thin and shot was pretty fast. Hard to cut short at 28.5g. 3. Taste wasn’t bad if a little mild. 4. Steaming was very controlled though still a little thin while I get used to the new geometry of the mwh3-boomer steaming jug. 5. Thin milk also effected my pour. I didn’t overfill today but trying to get enough white led me to not tilt the cup properly or get a large enough solid pattern for my heart. Still nice to look at but not a very good pour technically. |
