Brew: Note	Used the spherical basket also tried lower rpm this time Not logged in this app. I got a Bambino! (non plus) and compared with 16g with same grind size in a pressurized basket (that's all I got for now). Bambino shot is nice and smooth and clean tasting. Lacking punch. A bit weak. The Meticulous gpt syrup profile shot first thing I noticed is more linger also smooth maybe less sweet but stronger and punchier with more body. Both pretty nice! Met was punchier and did a little better with milk.
