| Brew: Note | Trying out a custom profile that is supposed to have a bloom stage but it kind of just kept flowing because I ground to coarsely and it didn't generate enough resistance. Still turned out really nice kind of a turbo shot I guess. Good clarity some brightness but not sour. This coffee has a unique natural fruitiness to it which is nice. I actually thought a ground fine enough and forgot to Tamp but since this I've tried it again and it also flowed fast so just need to grind finer with this basket (and super light coffee). |
