Brew: Note[prep] good prep is becoming very routine even with Baratza. I recently have really mastered the final tamper twist to have a crisp flat bed without fines clutter to drop my puck screen. [pull] I was able to follow the flight plan very closely. The resistance held well for a full nearly 8 bar spring shot. [milk] pretty good. Nothing significant to report. [art] incorporation started well but then I messed it up by not pouring circles and left a blemish that then cascaded into an over correction and over pour. Barely got a misshapen heart out of it. [taste] interesting. It was definitely more assertive. I am still not sure I am getting more of a thick cremma or syrupy texture out of the Primary. Good but still not all I think it can be. There was also a somewhat metallic after taste that I am not sure I understand.
