| Brew: Note | Same as last shot trying my custom profile, ground a little coarser this time. Now it ran too fast. My profile might be too finicky needing very precise dialing in... which I don't like. After last shot i did add an extra stage incase it doesn't flow enough and I ground too fine but it didn't reach that stage here got too much dripping from residual pressure during the bloom stage. I think I could actually program it reverse the piston a bit so there's no pressure but it might risk disrupting coffee bed and potentially having some coffee particles get upwards where they normally wouldn't go. |
