This was delicious, and I wasn’t expecting it to be so good, because I accidentally knocked the funnel off the top of the portafilter when I removed the portafilter from under the grinder… and this knocked some of the grounds out. I added a tiny bit of Stamets (mycelium) powder to compensate for the lost grounds, and stirred it in before tamping. And…wow, it was chocolatey and completely mellow tasting. Not sure if I could reproduce this again, but it was good to the last drop.
