Brew: Note	Same settings, but with the iKape funnel basket. The brew took much longer to extract a 1:2 ratio, but it was a world of difference. The body of the espresso was bolder and the sourness was gone. Still didn’t get the fruit flavors (will work on lowering the temperature), but this was a much better option.
