Notes:
Lowered temp, 75 start, then 60. Fast drippage, short bloom, fast flow. More chocolatey than grapefruit, though a little tart. Like chocolate soda or quinine, effervescent. Acidity more prominent as it cools. Noticeably different from previous shots — flavors are muted, more indistinct. Banana with foam, then caramel milk. Lingering unsalted-peanut-shell (not quite metallic) aftertaste.
