The coffee in this package comes from one of Ethiopia's most renowned coffee regions, Gedeb. Coffee from this region is prized for its purity of flavor and complexity, which comes from natural cultivation and the region's natural biodiversity. The Gotiti washing station is located in an area that is home to heirloom coffee trees, which means that the trees are native, unhybridized, and carry the characteristic traits of Ethiopian coffee. Thenatural method is often used in areas with water shortages, especially in Africa and dry areas of Latin America, such as Brazil.
