Bean notes:
Cauca, Colombia. Natural.
Peach rings, dank, lychee.
Complex and juicy.
Notes:
Opened bag, first pull. PI ok, full (short) bloom, fast flow.
Vegetal (tomato?) chocolate flavor. Thick mouthfeel. Hard to identify flavors, easy to drink.
Aftertastes: slight black tea, drying (tannic), slightly fizzy (phosphorus acid), bready. Slightly smoky, ashy. Aftertastes mostly dissipated within about 3 hours.
