Tonino 126. Note, this is a young, 4 day old coffee that is surprisingly not typical of a natural processed coffee (at least as I know it from small experience). The heavy sweet candy of some naturals is not in evidence here.

Profile pulling surprisingly narrow flow range both profiles. Temp taste range 9 samples:
Hot: 138.2F–Brightish, lemony fruit, mild like Easy profile
132.2F Nice fruit showing-tangerine
125.3F: Improving–fruit deeper, mid range
117.8F: Hints of grapefruit like sour showing, not unpleasant
112.3F: Stronger grapefuit presence
107.2F: Settling, good clarity with pink grapefruit dominant
101.6F: Pink Grapefruit
98F: Pink Grapefruit
