Bean notes:
Dry processed. Tart cherry, winey fruit notes, fragrant florals, copious berry and deep chocolate.
Notes:
Raised initial temp to 90C. (Been trying this lately, up from 84C, in attempt to increase flavors, while still keeping roasty flavors at bay.) PI release set too high, almost no bloom. Faster flow than expected. Shot ran long.
Almost-burnt cherry chocolate wine, with a spice flavor (not sure what it is). Woody acidic throughout the shot. Fine with foam.
~45 minutes after finishing, slowly developing drying, legume-y, metallic aftertaste. Lasted all day.
